Requesting a Payout From algamus
When your balance is ready to move, head to the cashier and select the withdraw tab. We process payouts back to the same payment method you used to deposit — so if you funded via PayPal, that's where the money goes. Venmo withdrawals return to your Venmo wallet. Play+ card balances can be spent anywhere that prepaid Visa is accepted. Withdrawal requests
go through our verification check before the funds transfer, which keeps your account secure. We aim to review requests without unnecessary delay, though processing windows depend on your payment method and state availability.
- Go to Withdraw Tab — In the cashier, switch to the withdraw tab. Your eligible payout methods appear based on your deposit history — matched method policy applies here.
- Choose Your Amount — Enter the payout amount from your available balance. The cashier will flag if you're under the minimum or above the current payout window for your method.
- Complete Verification — If your account identity check is still pending, you'll be prompted to submit documents before the withdrawal proceeds. Verified accounts skip this step.
- Confirm and Track — Submit the request and watch your transaction history for status updates. You'll see it move from pending to processed in your account dashboard.
